CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for choosing Danube Sports World! We are committed to providing you with the best sports experience. Please review our cancellation and returns policy carefully:
1. Court Bookings
Cancellation Window: At least 24 hours prior to the booking time.
Refund Policy: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a refund to your original payment method (wallet, cash, or card). within 7 working days.
No-Show Policy: Non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel within the 24-hour window
2. Event Bookings
Cancellation Window: At least 30 days prior to the event date.
Refund Policy: Event bookings cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled to an alternative date within the same season.
No-Show Policy: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable if late or a no-show.
3. Academy Bookings
Cancellation Policy: Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Academy bookings are considered final upon purchase. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to discuss any alternatives, though refunds or cancellations will not be permitted.
4. Wallet Purchases
Usage Policy: Wallet money can only be used for court bookings and cannot be used for event bookings, academy bookings, sports equipment purchases, birthday parties, or holiday camps.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All wallet purchases are non-refundable.
5. Birthday Parties
Cancellation Window: At least 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Birthday party bookings cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled to an alternative date within the same season.
6. Holiday Camps
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Holiday camp bookings are non-refundable.
7. Sports Equipment Purchases
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All purchases of sports equipment (racquets, balls, and other sports-related items) made online are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Goods: If the product is found to be defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or store credit.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased based on a change of mind.
8. Exceptions
In specific cases, such as medical emergencies or force majeure events, we may allow for rescheduling of event bookings at our discretion, subject to availability.
No other exceptions will be made for cancellations or refunds.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This policy applies to standard online bookings only. For large-volume orders or special contracts, please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms. We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting our policy requirements.
