IJC is a seamless platform that seeds and nurtures talent in children at a grass-roots level and develops them right through to the professional level, with the support of our technical expertise and pathway partners. IJC was incubated in September 2017 and we run programmes from Under 8 to Under 18 with a strong base of 10 coaches specialised per the age category.
